Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to get your Fluid Bear to you as quickly as possible! Please review our shipping options below:

Australia-Wide Delivery

​

• Standard Registered Shipping: 2-5 business days

• Shipping Fee: $20 Flat rate, FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $300 in one transaction.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Sydney Metro - Same Day Delivery

​

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on the same day.

• Delivery Fee: $35 fee, FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $300 in one transaction.

• Service Areas: Available for Sydney metro locations only.

Free Pick-Up Service

​

• Available from our Mortlake NSW warehouse.

• Orders are usually ready within 2 business hours. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection with pick up address.

Order Processing

​

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Delays & Issues

​

While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or high demand. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@lulubearaustralia.com.

Delivery Address & Changes

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

• If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at info@lulubearaustralia.com with your order number. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with the courier.
