Provide clear photos of the issue, including the packaging if damaged.
Our team will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

3. Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our Fluid Bears, exchanges are not available, except in cases where the product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.
