• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is damaged during delivery or if there is a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
• Exchanges: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our fluid bears, exchanges are not available unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
